SPOCS will present its draft specifications of a European interoperability layer for e-government services to representatives of the IT industry, standardisation bodies and Member States on June 15, at the Permanent Representation of Austria in Brussels.

During the second SPOCS Industry Group meeting and the third SPOCS Member States meeting, participants will learn which use cases and technological approaches have been defined and will be implemented in the piloting phase of the project 2011-2012. They will get first hand insights how interoperability is actually intended to be put into practice and what the concepts mean for cross border e-government services beyond the SPOCS project.
