The Virtual discussion Space of the eGovernment track of the World Congress on Information Technology 2010 (WCIT 2010 ) has gone live at http://virtualspace.nclude.us . Anyone interested in participating in the discussion can join.

The WCIT 2010 will be held from 25 to 27 May 2010 in Amsterdam, Netherlands. In the weeks before the conference, thought leaders (scientists, politicians) will debate on the Virtual Space with their counterparts on the following themes:

• Will eGovernment lead to a new form of democracy?
• Can eGovernment survive without eTrust?
• Who owns data about you; the government or you?
• Is Open Source a blessing for eGovernment or not?
• How can IT help to launch a silent revolution?
